Returns

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.

Returned items must:

• Be unused.
• Be in original condition.
• Include original packaging.
• Include proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:

• Personalized or custom-made products.
• Gift cards.
• Clearance or final sale items.
• Products damaged due to misuse.

Natural variations in gemstones, including color, inclusions, texture, and pattern, are normal characteristics and are not considered defects.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Include your order number.
• Provide clear photographs of the product and packaging.

After review, we may offer:

• A replacement.
• A refund.
• Store credit, where appropriate.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been inspected and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Processing times depend on your payment provider and may take 5–10 business days after approval.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective item), we will cover reasonable return shipping costs where applicable.

If the return is for any other eligible reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless local consumer law requires otherwise.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before shipment.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed and will be handled according to this Return Policy.
